PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption management device for receiving a specific interrupt request even when a user program is interrupted by a break function when debugging. SOLUTION: This interruption management device for managing interruption to a program which is being executed is provided with a detecting means 5 for detecting the generation of an interrupt request and a CPU core 4 and an interruption control means 6 for receiving the interrupt request whose generation is detected by the detection means, and for interrupting the program which is being executed when the priority order of the interrupt request is not lower than a priority order indicated by a predetermined register, and for storing the priority order of the interrupt request in the register, and for executing a program corresponding to the interrupt request when the interrupt request is other than a specific interrupt request, and for storing a priority order different from the priority order of the interrupt request in the register, and for executing a program corresponding to the interrupt request when the interrupt request is the specific interrupt request.
