METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECOMPOSED COMPOSITION OF URETHANE RESIN, PRODUCING PROCESS OF MATERIAL FOR MOLDING AND MOLDED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for producing a urethane resin decomposed material capable of accelerating a regeneration of a used urethane resin and a production of a regenerated article thereof.

SOLUTION: A material for molding contains particles of a urethan resin decomposed composition being solid and thermoplastic at an ordinary temperature, and particles of an epoxy resin or an isocyanate compound being both solid at an ordinary temperature. A molded material is produced by molding and heating the material for molding. The urethane resin decomposed material obtained by decomposing the urethane resin by using an amine compound or a polyol compound as a decomposing agent, of≤30 pts.wt. based on the urethan resin of 100 pts.wt. can be solid at an ordinary temperature.
