<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate with a photosetting adhesive, which has excellent polarizing plate reglueing workability because the polarizing plate with a laminated protective film composed of a norbornene resin is easily released just after being stuck to a body to be stuck, and which is provided with an adhesive layer exhibiting sufficient adhesive property after hardening of the adhesive and free from foaming and peeling off in use. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate with the photosetting adhesive comprises the polarizing plate consisting of a polarizer with the protective film composed of the thermoplastic norbornene resin laminated on at least a surface thereof, having an adhesive layer composed of an adhesive composition containing a thermoplastic polymer (a), a photo-cationic polymerizable compound (b) and a photo-cationic polymerization initiator (c) disposed thereon, wherein the adhesive layer has ≤5×10<SP>7</SP>Pa dynamic storage modulus of elasticity measured with the adhesive composition shaped in a sheet at 25°C and ≤1×10<SP>9</SP>Pa dynamic storage modulus of elasticity after photosetting.
