COMMUNICATION INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication information providing system and method for providing the information of a communication service providing device suited to a communication service application format. SOLUTION: The system is obtained by improving a communication information providing system for providing the information of communication service providing devices to a communication service receiver for receiving communication service through the communication service providing devices connected to a network. The system is provided with a monitoring device for monitoring the contents of communication service requested to be received by the communication service receiver and recording history and an information providing device having the information of communication service providing devices, retrieving the information of the communication service providing device suited to the communication service application format of the communication service receiver on the basis of the history from the monitoring device and outputting the retrieved information.
