<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production planning and efficiently perform production in a short time, and to surely manage an order entry and delivery of product of a specified part number among multiple developed designs. <P>SOLUTION: In this management system, during the time from an order entry from a store 2 which sells the built-to-order products to delivery through production, at least the production plan is managed on the basis of the representative part number representing relevant multiple developed design part numbers instead of the specified developed design part number among the built-to-order products, and at least acceptance of the order and delivery are managed on the basis of the developed design part number together with the management information containing the information about the ordered stores. Together with the products of the basic design product to be produced by stock production, the products of the specified developed design which is desired by customers among the built-to-order products and having multiple developed design of the same shape with the products of the basic design part numbers are produced in the predetermined period from acceptance of the order, and delivered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
