PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe capable of increasing a heating area ratio of a heating part without decreasing a heat radiating area ratio of a heat radiating part and high in temperature raising speed. SOLUTION: This heat pipe is constituted of a tubular main body 11 held in a vacuum state by sealing in working fluid 2 to form a heat storage layer inside and a heating part 12 having a double tubular recessed part 13 capable of increasing the heating area ratio formed on the base end side of the tubular main body 11. Consequently, it is constituted to instantly raise temperature of the heat radiating part 14 on the reaching part side of the tubular main body 11 heated by the heating part 12 only by charging a heating means such as an electric heater 3, connected to an outer electric power source in the inside of the double tubular recessed part 13 of the heating part 12.
