<p>The present invention relates to an in-line test handler. The test handler includes: a recovering body which is installed on a conveyor unit to convey a test tray along a conveying path; a first recovery lifting unit which is used to lift a first test tray on the conveying path to a recovery point arranged above the conveying path; an exporting unit which is used to export a first test tray arranged on the recovery point to export the first test tray from the recovery body; and a recovery transfer unit which moves the first test tray exported by the export unit to a recovery storage unit to recover the first test tray. The present invention is implemented to recover the test tray from a conveyer unit to reduce the load on the conveyor unit and increase the handling efficiency for the test tray.</p> |
