<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical reservation system by a computer and a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A waiting for a call reservation function with reservation order is added to the reservation system so that a cancel waiting reservation (input) can be performed, and change information is regularly reported to a user and a manager.
