PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic loss material that is effective for taking measures against unnecessary radiation of an active element, an electronic circuit, etc. operating at a high speed. SOLUTION: The frequency dispersion of the imaginary part magnetic permeabilityμ" of a magnetic loss material has two dispersions D1 and D2 with different dispersed frequency regions. Moreover, the respective maximum valueμ"<SB>max</SB>(D1) andμ"<SB>max</SB>(D2) of the dispersion D2 on the low-frequency side and the dispersion D1 on the high-frequency side have a relationship ofμ"<SB>max</SB>(D2)≥μ"<SB>max</SB>(D1). D2 may be the dispersion due to magnetic resonance, and D1 may be the dispersion due to eddy current or the dispersion due to magnetic resonance.
