An enterprise may offer a complex collection of product and service offerings for sale. The structure of resources (e.g., people, processes, and technology) by which the product and service offerings are delivered also may be complex. The complexity of offerings and resources used to deliver the offerings may make it difficult to understand what resources are used to deliver a particular offering. Techniques are described for representing the structure of resources and offering components by which a complex portfolio of offerings is delivered by an enterprise. The techniques include developing a model representative of the delivery structure from objects, containers, and relationships among objects. Examples of an object include an offering, an offering feature, a function, a delivery solution, and a solution component. A container may organize two or more objects into a group, and a relationship may associated two or more objects.
