PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant support device A for suitably changing a character or a graphic displayed on a digital meter 91 to be easily seen according to the age and the degree of fatigue of an occupant, changing related information generated from a loudspeaker 63 to be easily heard, and changing a manipulated variable so that a handle 81 is easily operated. SOLUTION: This occupant support device A includes: an occupant characteristic data storing memory 1 for storing characteristic data (visual capability, auditory capability, operating force and age) of the occupant; an occupant information obtaining means 2 for obtaining occupant information (heart rate, ocular opening); a fatigue determining means for determining whether or not the occupant is tired according to the occupant information; a correcting means 4 for correcting the respective capabilities (visual capability, auditory capability, operating force) depending on the age and the existence/absence of fatigue; and a change amount determination means 5 for changing the respective preset values of a navigation device 6, a brake device 7, a power steering device 8 and a display device 9.
