PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT system wherein a brush can avoid or reduce a useless wear. SOLUTION: At the time of a high speed rotation for collecting data, a spring support plate 52 is positioned on the lower side, and brushes 31, 35, 39 and 43 are brought into contact with slip rings SLa, SLb, SLc and SLd by a comparatively large first pressing force. At the time of a low speed rotation where data is not collected, the spring support plate 52 is positioned at the upper side, and the brushes 31, 35, 39 and 43 are brought into contact with the slip rings SLa, SLb, SLc and SLd by a comparatively small second pressing force. Thus, the lives and the replacement cycles of the brushes are extended, and the running cost can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
