<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that is constituted to failitate the operation performed for acquiring the information of the service users and, at the same time, to appropriately make the service providers charge through these services, and to provide a method of controlling the processor. <P>SOLUTION: The image information, obtained by imaged by means of portable terminals 10-1 to 10-n and containing digital code information, is inputted to this information processor 30 and, at the same time, specifying information specifying the portable terminals 10-1 to 10-n imaged of the inputted image information is also inputted to the processor 30.
