PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and inexpensive inspection device for inspecting a fluid control valve in the strokes of separation, attraction, separation confirmation, and separation of a plunger from/to an electromagnetic coil. SOLUTION: A constant voltage power supply 200 is connected to input terminals 1a, 1b of a power supply connection part 1. The electromagnetic coil 10 to be inspected is connected to output terminals 2a, 2b of a coil connection part 2. A first preset current I1, a second preset current I2 and a third preset current I3 are determined by resistances 5c, 6c, 7c of three constant current generation parts 5, 6, 7. A control part 8 controls the on/off operation of a first switch SW1, a second switch SW2 and a third switch SW3 for inspecting the fluid control valve. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
