The system has a spring with one end connected to a drum (42) and another end connected to another drum (46) for biasing to rotate the former drum in a direction of rotation with respect to the latter drum, when the spring is stressed. The former drum has a catch engaging a stop lug of the latter drum to prevent rotation of the former drum. The housing has a catch release cooperating with the catch to release the catch.
