PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reproducing apparatus for preventing confusion, even if recording a plurality of pieces of audio information, where the forms of recording, reproduction mode, coding system, or the like are different, to a disk. SOLUTION: A DVD records pieces of physical audio information AOB#1, #2 that are composed of a plurality of cells and contains the plurality of pieces of audio information, having a different recording system and a reproduction control information for reproducing a logical program composed of the plurality of cells. In the DVD, the cell for composing the audio information AOB#1 in one recording system and a cell for composing the audio information AOB#2 in the other are recorded at different positions on the DVD. A program is defined, by both the cell for composing the audio information AOB#1 in one recording system and the cell for composing the audio information AOB#2 in the other.
