METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR ACCESSING COMMAND AND DATA WITH ADAPTABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and structure for accessing a command and data with adaptability. SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of data transmission levels are set and the command and data of an external memory device are fetched at the current data transmission level. Among them, each transmission level has continuous data transmission length on the corresponding external memory device and a high speed access device interface. The dynamic adjustment of the current data transmission level is performed by the command to be performed by a processor core and actual burst length of data access. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
