PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-line connecting method of a uniformity measuring process to a tire setting process, capable of coping with the total inspection of a rim-assembled tire. SOLUTION: This uniformity measuring method of the rim-assembled tire successively performs the following processes. (1) a tire setting process for mounting the tire on the rim and charging the air to manufacture the rim-assembled tire, (2) a fitting process for fitting the tire to the rim by a specialized fitting device, (3) a traveling rotating process for setting the rim-assembled tire to the uniformity measuring device, pressing a uniformity drum to the tire, and rotating the rim-assembled tire by one-three rotations by the uniformity measuring device in a state of applying the load to the tire, (4) a process for keeping a distance between a tire shaft and a drum shaft constant by the uniformity measuring device, and (5) a uniformity measuring process for rotating the rim-assembled tire by the uniformity measuring device, and reading the generated force and its variation.
