PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact retaining wall structure capable of being executed quickly in labor saved fashion and being constructed close to the adjacent boundary line. SOLUTION: A retaining wall structure having a bottom slab 2, a skeleton wall 3 rising from the bottom slab 2, a plurality of stay walls 4, 4 arranged at the back face side of the skeleton wall 3 in order to support and reinforce the skeleton wall 3 and arranged at each specified distance along the longitudinal direction of the bottom slab 2, etc. is provided. At least the skeleton wall 3 and the stay wall 4 are constituted of a precast concrete member and the skeleton wall 3 and stay wall 4 are integrally connected by PC steel materials at the back face side of the skeleton wall 3. And further, a grand anchor 7 penetrating the stay wall 4 and the bottom slab 2 in the substantially vertical direction is provided in the mountain side of the retaining wall 1A.
