PURPOSE: A roll pipe-unrolling cylinder is provided to easily unroll roll pipes without twist or tangle, adjust the height of the cylinder according to a work place and a characteristic of articles, and reduce manpower by maximizing work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A roll pipe-unrolling cylinder comprises a lower body, an upper body, and a rotating plate. The roll pipe-unrolling cylinder includes a connecting coupling(1) connecting a bottom plate(3) and a shaft(2) of the lower body; supports(6) preventing separation of a roll pipe; supports(5) fixing the roll pipe; adjusting bolts(4) fixing the lower body and the upper body; and pipe-fixing supports(8). The pipe-fixing supports are adjusted right and left. A bearing(9) moves independently while separating the shaft and the rotating plate.
