Urological resectoscope (1) comprises a main body (2) passing through a lens (9) to which a guide (4) of a plate transporter (6) and inner shaft (15) and a outer shaft (16) removable using a outer coupling (17) are fixed. The outer coupling is coupled on the main body at sites which lie radially outside of the sites of the main body with respect to the axis of the outer shaft. Preferred Features: The inner shaft is detachedly fixed to the main body via an inner coupling (20) or fixed in a bore (19) of the main body.
