PURPOSE: A bond conduction earphone and a mobile phone supporting the same are provided to allow a user to perform a call communication wirelessly even though the user is driving a car or in a situation the user cannot use both hands. CONSTITUTION: A radio signal processor(301) transmits and receives a radio signal to and from a mobile phone(310). In detail, when a bone conduction signal processor, which has received a signal from a controller of the mobile phone, transmits radio data, the radio signal processor(301) processes the radio data and transmits it to an earphone. If there is a signal inputted from a microphone, the radio signal processor(301) receives it and transmits it to the mobile phone(310). A controlling processor(302) has a call switch for initiating a call with the other party in case of an incoming call or terminating a call. The controlling processor(302) also includes a switch for turning on/off power. An earphone(303) converts a voice signal received from the other party to a vibration signal so that the vibration signal vibrates a skull of a user and is transmitted to an inner ear to allow the user to sense a voice signal. A microphone(304) converts the inputted vibration signal into an electric signal and amplifies the electric signal to transmit it to the mobile phone.
