FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out endoscopic papillosphincterotomy. Electric excision of adenoma is carried out with loop. Bilioduodenal draining is carried out. Major duodenal papilla adenoma tissue chromoscopy is carried out after papillosphincterotomy. Pancreatoduodenal drainage is set into the major pancreatic duct. Bilioduodenal draining is carried out before removing adenoma when adenoma spreads over common hepatic duct exit area and/or its diameter becomes greater than 4 mm. After having removed the adenoma, prolonged pancreatoduodenal or bilioduodenal draining is applied with control examinations and electric excisions of residual adenomatous tissues being carried out.
