PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which is excellent in properties, such as the breakdown voltage characteristics, and can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A copper foil having a thickness of 35μm is attached on a glass fiber-containing an epoxy resin board 201; and a lower electrode 202, a lower electrode land 202a, a joint 202b between the lower electrode 202 and the land 202a, and an upper electrode land 207 are formed by etching. A barium titanate dielectric layer 203 is formed on the lower electrode 202 through an aerosol deposition method, an insulating layer 210 is formed around the barium titanate dielectric layer 203, and then an upper electrode 204 is formed on the dielectric layer 203.
