PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic sensitive body which has high durability in the resistance of scuffing and wear and has excellent repetitive stability, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic sensitive body. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic sensitive body has a photosensitive layer on a substrate.
