PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly return to refrigerant pressure not more than prescribed pressure when refrigerant pressure not less than the prescribed pressure is generated on the refrigerant inflow side. SOLUTION: Two inlets-outlets 3 and 6 for allowing a refrigerant to flow in both normal/reverse directions are arranged in a block body 1, and a valve seat 40 and a valve element 34 for opening-closing a fluid passage by contacting with and separating from the valve seat are arranged in a valve chest 8 formed in the fluid passage between both of these inlets-outlets. When the refrigerant pressure not less than the prescribed pressure acts on the fluid passage, the refrigerant is quickly discharged even if the refrigerant is in a flow of either of normal or reverse direction.
