PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of automatically forming photograph seals which enables printing of photographs on both front faces and rear faces, its apparatus and a printing medium, and to improve the users' level of satisfaction through shortening of a printing time, improvement of the portability of photograph seals, and the like. SOLUTION: In the method of automatically forming photograph seals or its apparatus, an imaging process of forming a pick-up image by imaging one or more objects to be photographed by an imaging means is permitted, and an edition process for the user to edit the pick-up image and/or an image to be edited such as an acquired image acquired by the other acquiring means by an edition means and to form an edition image is permitted, so that a predetermined image is printed by a printing means to the printing medium. For the method or the apparatus, a printable layer is arranged at both the front face and the rear face of the printing medium, and the printing means is set to print the predetermined image by allotting the image to both of the front and rear faces of the printing medium.
