PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of diverging game property, reducing an operation by a player, further delighting the player visually, and increasing thrill and excitement in a game. SOLUTION: A variable display device 20 has drum display units 21 and 23 and a display unit 22 made of liquid crystal, and stop buttons 32a and 32b are disposed correspondingly to the drum display units 21 and 23. The game machine has a variable display control means 130 for stopping variable display of the drum display units 21 and 23 and stopping and controlling variable display of the display unit 22 based on an operation of the stop buttons 32a and 32b. When identification information corresponding to a winning role drawn by a winning role lottery means 120 is stopped and displayed on the drum display units 21 and 23 based on an operation of the stop buttons 32a and 32b, the variable display control means 130 stops and displays the identification information corresponding to the winning role on the display unit 22.
