A duct fitting through a lightweight panel, e.g. for aircraft construction, has two components (20, 30) which fit over each other with adjustable overall length to accurately match the thickness of the panel. The two components have upper and lower flanges (21, 31) whose outer diameters accurately fit into the bored hole in the panel. The upper flange has ports (23, 24) to inject bonder. The telescopic connection has splines to join the two components.
