PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon resin composition for a resin magnet which is excellent in magnetic properties and mechanical strength, kept free from a dimensional change and cracking, and capable of keeping its performance high even when it is used in an environment where the temperature changes repeatedly, for example, it is used outdoors in a winter season or in a low-temperature environment, or it is used outdoors in a summer season, or it is used in a high-temperature environment in an apparatus where it is built in and which rises in temperature due to the heat released from the compoment parts of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The nylon resin composition is composed of 80 to 95 wt.% magnetic powder and 20 to 5 wt.% binder resin. The binder resin is composed of 85 to 95 wt.% nylon mixture composed of aliphatic nylon and polyamide thermoplastic elastomer formed of polyamide block and polyether block, and 15 to 5 wt.% plasticizer formed of a compound derived from a hydroxylbenzoic acid and alcohol provided with a side chain having 12 to 22 carbon elements.
