PURPOSE: An automatic exercise apparatus for enhancing fat burning is provided to enable a user to easily and conveniently exercise the whole body with less effort by exercising arms in a sedentary or reclined position, and to offer various health benefits by emitting infrared or negative ion radiations or providing massage effects using a vibrator. CONSTITUTION: The automatic exercise apparatus comprises: an upper body support frame(2) having a headrest(6), a lower body support frame(3) installed on a main body(1) and connected with the upper body support frame(2) by a foldable connection unit(20), and leg support frames(4), the frames(2,3,4) each having a multi-layered structure laminated on upper and lower cover layers, the multi-layered structure consisting of a steel wire frame, a bioceramic nonwoven fabric layer, a urethane-foam cushioning layer and a carbon heater layer; an arm exercise tool(5) elastically installed at either side of the upper body support frame(2) by means of a spring(14); lower body and leg fixing belts(8,8'); links(11,11') installed for vertical movement of the leg support frames(4) and the upper body support frame(2); vibrating motor for massaging the lower body and legs; and a controller(7) for controllably setting body parts to be exercised, an exercise time and exercise pace or level.
