<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter testing apparatus, etc. capable of suppressing electric power consumed at testing an inverter since no load device is required or a small load device will do for the testing. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter testing apparatus 10 tests characteristics, etc. of a first inverter INV1 comprising first DC terminals P1 and N1 and first AC terminals U1, V1, and W1, and a second inverter INV2 comprising second DC terminals P2 and N2 and second AC terminals U2, V2, and W2. The testing device 10 comprises a DC power supply 11 connected to the first DC terminals P1 and N1 and the second DC terminals P2 and N2, a first motor 12 connected to the first AC terminals U1, V1, and W1, and a second motor 13 connected to the second AC terminals U2, V2, and W2.
