PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel light with a negative ion generating function capable of generating negative ion by irradiating ultraviolet ray or infrared ray emitted from a light source on a negative ion generating material such as tourmaline ore. SOLUTION: A glass bulb 4 of an incandescent lamp 1 is coated with a negative ion generating material 5 comprising tourmaline, which is stimulated with ultraviolet ray or infrared ray irradiated from a light source to generate negative ion.
