POLYCARBONATE RESIN MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin material readily removing foreign materials in a molten state and producing a thin-wall film containing slight foreign materials with good thickness accuracy. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin material is composed of a resin composition of a branched polycarbonate resin or the branched polycarbonate resin and a straight chain polycarbonate resin. (1) The melt flow index (MI) measured at 300°C under 1.2 kg load is≥5 g/min and (2) the melt tension MT (g) measured at 280°C, 10 m/min extrusion speed and 9.4 m/min takeoff speed using 2.095 mm orifice diameter satisfies relational formula of MT≥1.2-0.4×logMI.
