PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply machine with a bath heater capable of preventing the occurrence of abnormal sound of a heat exchanger and suppressing partial boiling in a heat absorbing pipe for bath during supply of hot water to prevent loss of temperature balance and prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound. SOLUTION: When hot-water supply operation is started while a circulation pump 16 in a bath circuit 18 stops, the circulation pump 16 is operated during fixed period of time to determine whether there is bath water in the bath circuit 18 or not, and hot-water supply operation when there is bath water is performed at combustion amount for preventing the occurrence of partial boiling in the heat absorbing pipe 17 for bath and less. Consequently, a partial boiling condition in the heat absorbing pipe 17 for bath is prevented, loss of temperature balance in the heat exchanger due to boiling is prevented, and the occurrence of abnormal sound is prevented.
