PURPOSE: A bracket structure for fixing a nut is provided to easily fix a rectangular nut in a panel of a car body without performing a welding process or an additional working process. CONSTITUTION: A bracket structure for fixing a nut includes a first seating panel(122), a second seating panel(124), and a third seating panel(126). The first seating panel(122) includes a rectangular nut(110) positioned at the central part of the first seating panel(122). A first guide part(130) is positioned at one side of the first seating panel in order to prevent the rectangular nut(110) from being deviated from an original position. The second seating panel(124) is connected to the other side of the first seating panel(122). The second seating panel(124) has first and the third guide parts positioned at upper/lower parts of the second seating panel(124). The third seating panel(126) has a clip-type structure and is connected to the other side of the second seating panel(124).
