PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector etc. which achieve more reduction in a prior preparatory operation in a system using an image supply device and a projector to project an image meeting indication light.SOLUTION: The projector 100 includes: a projection part 190 which, based on image information presenting an image and display resolution information 164 presenting the display resolution of the image in a PC 200 serving as the image supply device, projects an image to a projection area with the display resolution; an indication information preparation part 140 which prepares indication information presenting coordinates of indication position in the image projected on the projection object area, based on the image projected on the projection object area, a picked up image of the indication light in the projected image and the display resolution information 164; and a projection side interface part 110 which receives the image information from the PC 200, transmits discrimination information 162 as an operation device compliant with an HID (Human Interface Device) to the PC 200 and, at the same time, transmits the indication information to the PC 200. |
