FLAME-RETARDANT SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant sheet by using a flame retardant after it is dissolved in a urethane resin using a water-based solvent. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant sheet is composed of a base cloth layer impregnated with a urethane resin mixed with melamine cyanurate and a resin layer obtained by coating the surface of the base cloth layer with said mixed urethane resin. A method for producing the flame-retardant sheet comprises preparing a mixed resin solution by incorporating melamine cyanurate in a urethane resin solution using the water-based solvent, impregnating the base cloth layer with the mixed resin solution and coating the surface of said base cloth layer with said mixed resin solution.
