Oscillation takes place shortly before the end of the warming stage or during the whole warming stage, and during the lifting and removal of the welded components from the heater element. The oscillation leads to a shearing of the plastic melt at the work surface boundary, and to separation. The work surfaces or contact plates are matched to the thermoplastic, the welding parameters and the geometric shape of the component. One or more oscillators (5) are used, depending on the type of oscillation required. The contact plates (4) are connected at one end and are connected to a cooling element (8).</p> |
