<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food product using meat as an ingredient, such as a meat sauce and Jajan-men (noodles with minced pork sauce) including a large amount of meat, especially minced meat, having depth of taste and full of body imparted without causing float of oil. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food having a blended proportion of the minced meat regulated so as to be ≥10% based on the whole blended weight has 0.5-3.5% blended proportion of yolk expressed in terms of solid except water and/or 0.02-0.5% blended proportion of lysophospholipid based on the whole blended weight, and is preferably heated to a temperature over 100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
