<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe assistance system. <P>SOLUTION: A server 10 of an assistance system is prepared. The server 10 is prepared so as to include a request SNS part 124 which acquires position data and data of a murmur requesting assistance, from a terminal of a requesting user and terminals of assisting users. The server 10 includes also: a murmur search part 125 which searches for an assisting user meeting a search condition, in accordance with the position data and the data of the murmur and notifies this assisting user; a matching part 126 which performs service of negotiations between the requesting user and the found assisting user; and a user evaluation part 132 which increases or reduces a user evaluation value by using data of a request which has resulted in successful negotiations, and histories of past evaluation data of the requesting user and the assisting user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
