<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a related machine for producing soybean powder not only through highly efficiently drying soybeans without thermal denaturation of protein but also through husking the soybeans without any loss and also through pulverizing the soybeans without sticking the resultant soybean powder onto the inner surface of a casing and thermal denaturation of protein and classifying the soybean powder to several particle sizes. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing soybean powder comprises the steps of charging raw soybeans S on a perforated vibratory plate 8 setup inside the drum 2 of a dryer 1 and low-temperature-drying them with warm air under conveyance, husking the dried soybeans S by biting them in between a pair of elastic rolls 13 of a husking machine 12, charging the husked soybeans S into a hollow disc-shaped screen 19 of a pulverizer 15 internally equipped with a rotary plate 22 with blades 23 and 24 to pulverize them in a suspended condition, and classifying the pulverized soybeans P to several particle sizes by a necessary number of classifiers 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
