PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can lower a temperature of an electronic component near an exhaust port by providing a sub-suction port for auxiliarily introducing gas from an exterior at a position near the port in a wall having the exhaust port of a housing. SOLUTION: A fan 20 for generating an air flow in the housing 12 by forcibly blowing air is disposed at a position adjacent to the exhaust port 16 at the outside of the port 16 to the housing 12. The sub-suction port 24 for auxiliarily introducing the air from the exterior is provided at a position near the port 16 at the wall 12B having the port 16. A regulating plate 26 formed in a plate shape to guide the flow of the gas in the housing 12 is disposed at a position adjacent to a third heating electronic component 18 between the port 24 and the port 16.
