摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiturn goniometer allowing angle measurement by using its compact and little step even if an input shaft has a higher revolution or a larger diameter. SOLUTION: The goniometer contains a primary measure organizer 9, a primary scan unit 10, and measure organizers 11, 12, 13. Each of these measure organizers 11, 12, 13 is respectively decelerated for measure organizers 9, 11, 12 and located in parallel each other. Scan units 21, 22, 23 are located on a single conductor plate 6. Both an input gear 40 and a primary transmission gearwheel 41 are provided with mutually-nonparallel rotary shafts D<SB>40</SB>, D<SB>41</SB>, as well as both tooth traces of a gear tooth Z<SB>40</SB>and a gear tooth Z<SB>41</SB>are not in parallel with those rotary shafts D<SB>40</SB>, D<SB>41</SB>, respectively, and the number of gear tooth Z<SB>40</SB>is less than that of gear tooth Z<SB>41</SB>. Then the transmission gearwheel is relocated in parallel with the input shaft 2, where both wheels of a driving gear 412 and a secondary transmission gearwheel 31 are screw gears.
