PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wheel dust deposition preventer for preventing deposition of earth, sand, stone, feed, mud, garbage or the like on a tire wheel of a tire shovel, a dump truck or the like in civil works, preventing these matters during the works from being scattered in an unexpected working range thereby, and saving labors of removing earth, sand, stones, feed, mud, garbage or the like deposited on the tire wheel of the tire shovel, the dump truck or the like by workers after the work is completed by using brooms and a high-pressure water cleaning device. SOLUTION: In the vehicle wheel dust deposition preventer, screwing holes are formed in a dust discharging plate. Sand, stone, feed, mud, garbage or the like can be automatically removed in a relatively short time during the work, and the time of contact of earth, sand, stone, feed, mud, garbage or the like containing salt with the tire wheel becomes very short, and the effect of preventing corrosion of the tire wheel itself is enhanced. In addition, because the time of deposition of these matters on the tire wheel is very short, the weight increase of the tire is prevented, the fuel economy is improved, and energy losses when a vehicle is traveling can be suppressed.
