PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removal efficiency of white blood cells and blood platelets and to suppress production of bradykinins in filtering. SOLUTION: A blood filter 10 for removing white blood cells and blood platelets from blood is configured by holding a cationic material layer 30 on a surface of a filter base material 20 and a polymer layer 40 having an alkoxyalkyl(meta)acrylate as a principal component on the cationic material layer 30.
