PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse tube freezer capable of reducing a difference in freezing output between installation attitudes and providing a stable freezing output even if installation conditions vary. SOLUTION: In this pulse tube freezer 10, a connection pipe 11a connected to an unshown compressor, a radiating part 12, a cold accumulator 13, a cooling part 14, a pulse tube 15, and a radiating part 16 are connected sequentially to each other to form these parts integrally with each other, and a buffer tank 18 is connected to the pulse tube 15 through the radiating part 16 and an inertance tube 17.
