<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient discharge of heat generated by a light source via a retaining member and a reflector, relating to an illumination device. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device is provided with at least one light source 28, the reflector 30 to partially surround at least one light source, the retaining member 32 to make the reflector retain at least one light source, and a metal frame member to support the reflector, and the retaining member 32 is made to contact both the reflector 30 and the metal frame member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
