PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable minus particles to be added stably to air without producing any ozone and without decreasing their amount as time elapses and at the same time to restrict mold or germ from being grown within a drying machine. SOLUTION: There are provided a blower 5 for circulating air within a clothes drying machine, a photon generating material 1 and a minus particle generating device having a light source 4 for irradiating the photon-generating material 1 with ultraviolet rays. The photon-generating material 1 is electrically connected to the earth to enable the amount of generated minus particles to be stably generated without being decreased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
