<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page guide program and the like capable of responding on a Web page, just like a concierge, to various queries related to the Web page by controlling to transmit/receive a query and a response related to the Web page in a client terminal side, and controlling the response to the query related to the Web page in a server side. <P>SOLUTION: A program operating in a client terminal disposes, when outputting a predetermined Web page, a field in which a query is input and a character icon representing a respondent on the Web page. Further, when a query is input in the query input field, the program transmits it to a Web server, and, when receiving a response specified by retrieving response DB, disposes the response at the position of a balloon from the character icon and outputs it on the Web page.
